[SOLVED] no internet connectivity

unable to connect my dsl since last thursday dsl light is stable also reset username and pass from exchange 3 times still it don't connect.

yoy ain't getting the gateway , you have to compliant to ptcl its not a problem at your end

i do it over 5 time still same.they only reset wan password.can u tell me how i can tell them to fix gateway problem

its mean your WAN isnt connected?
just say it to ptclcares at twitter , tell him that you are not getting connection to the gateway or check if your ADSL credentials are correct

even if its not correct they will then check the problem and send a suitable person to solve the issue ,

ptcl guy visit change all srtting still same he say he email but its 3 days ago.

Go to advanced setup and tick all options in modulation except the last one save settings and restart router see if it resolves?

i was having same issue just explain your issue to ptcl cares twitter he will resolve your issue just like mine

tweet him he say DM him landline no and location i send him email but he do nth. today tweet him again w8ing for his reply now. can u tell he details what is main problem of no connectivity .

no you don't need to send email just click Direct message and explain your issue
