They are pretty reliable but that's the 16 GB version. I wouldn't recommend that you get that.

How is your experience with USB Type-C?
The lack of support stopped me from getting the 6P.
Is it annoying that you have to carry the charger all over the place with you?

Nearly 4 hours of screen on time. Battery life is average. I get a whole day out of it without needing to charge it so no I don't need to carry the charger with it. Although if someone isn't getting a whole day then the charging is super fast. I can fully charge the phone in about an hour.
Where did you get the USB to USB-C cable? I need one for my laptop as well.

Did you try franciscofranco's kernel? I have heard great things about its battery timings since he is the one of the best kernel devs.
