I will be buying nexus 4 in a couple of days. please suggest a good retailer which offers best price and some checking warranty(if 1 year warranty not available), i was searching the internet and found that symbios.pk was offering nexus 4 for RS.37000, while homeshopping is selling for 39k,

Please suggest a good retailer, location should be karachi,

HSN offering without warranty and with warranty both though they will charge 2k + for warranty.

And I will not suggest you 8gb version, real storage will be 5gb but if you can live with 5GB then take 8GB version
My suggestion is to go for 16gb version at least if you are going with nexus 4

A Set+Charger in local market for 16GB these days, can be bought for <38k. (Expect a little more price drop soon as soon as the new comers i.e. S4 & ONE will hit the market -- Point is, right now is not a good time to spend any cash. Wait atleast till the end of this month)

If you have to purchase now, then get the 16GB version atleast.

8gb a big no no ... you will run out of space very soon ... 16gb is a safer bet, remember with nexus you cannot expand memory via SD card

Lahore Hafeez Center and Hall Road reacts only when newly released handsets arrive in the market, unlike the Online markets (say, Homeshopping) where they have already started to reduce the prices.

Wait a little longer and hopefully, the prices of used handsets in Hafeez Center & Hall Road will also come down to your price range. Currently they are heavily inflated where a Nexus 4 16GB is still being sold for >40k and a S3 is being sold at an idiotic price range of 45k+.

The best choice right now would be to wait and observe the market. And yes by that time, you can purchase a Nexus phone in your price range. (though you'll have to roam the markets because Nexus phones are scarce).

Overheat would be a stronger word.

It does get moderately warm. Though in Winters, i haven't seen any such behavior from a Nexus Phone. In summers, it does get a tad warmer, that i can feel it in my hands. Though its nothing uncomfortable. Certainly not as uncomfortable as my Nexus 7 gets in Summer Season.

I have read on the internet that some users have reported Broken backs due to Temperature but i have yet to see any single incident like that, especially since the weather in Pakistan can get much hotter than those countries can imagine.

From many sites, reviews and forums I came to know it has 3 major problems.

heating issues (some said it is design fault)
cpu throttling (Google know this)
back glass which can break easily

The most irritating issue for me is cpu throttling, processor gpu and cpu performance go downs when temperature goes up and after certain time period and temp limits phone automatically shutdown
