i dont think namco has any specific developer thats famous/good enough to be on that list.

every one starts small, Cliffy started as a small level programmer before moving up the ranks

yeah but atleast most of the guys on the list had programming backgrounds where as nomura's start was drawing character illustrations on a paper. I'd say thats about the biggest turnaround on the list.

actually most of these people have no idea about progamming miyamoto, will wright...etc all come from the creative side such as designers/producers/story writers...etc. As a i said pretty much every one starts at the bottom cliffy was a progammer ( coder ) with no input in the games what-so ever.
