New PC suggestions

Ok so I want to build a new PC. Have around 80-85k. I'll mostly be playing CSGO and PUBG but I'm willing to try any new stuff thats coming out. I also plan to get a 144Hz 24 inch monitor later to pair with the build. Right now, I have a HDD but everything else will be new. So what parts do you guys recommend?

Excluding the monitor:
Ryzen 5 1500, PKR 21.5k from Czone, Decent supported Mobo (try MSI B350 Tomahawk, costs around $70): 15k, RAM (used): 16GB 12k, PSU: Corsair CS650M 12k, Casing (Used): 5-6k

18.5k for GPU.
Again, there are multiple good deals on systems running on PG. look for them if you want to save further.

& it will be cheaper if you go for an older intel generation build.
