The debut album from Irish Metal band, formerly known as 'Aeon Arterea'. This album really is a fantastic achievement by a band and the real strength of this album is in a more clearly defined songwriting approach and a more stylized set of devices. The viciously dark guitar sections maintain a post-thrash, grooving character, a mix of melodic character to avoid a power metal substance, can easily be said the meat of this album is the guitars and drums , they are absolutely sublime. vocals are damn cool. The riffs here are complex, technical, but also appealing to the ear. From the sample one can assume how the rest of the album will be ... a perfect production. i can't really pick one song as my fav as this release is outstanding.

Well doom metal fans won't be liking trance music. well for me when i listened this Markus release my rating at that moment was 3.5 but the more i listened to it the more i found it worth 4.5. sometimes its better to listen songs while headphones or earphones on otherwise its really hard to rate the album ... i personally enjoy listening to music the way i've explained.

Band: Klangstabil
Album: Math & Emotion
Genre: Industrial / Electronic-Synth
Year: 2008
Country: Germany

Track list:

01. Math & Emotion - The Square Root Of One
02. Perdere Per Vincere (The Italian Opening)
03. Love Has Too Much Audience
04. Fighting Colours
05. Gridami
06. Hanham vs. Steinitz
07. Lauf, Lauf!
08. Good Night Kingdom
09. Beziehungsohr
10. Twisted Words

After the reappearance of Electro a couple of years ago an avalanche of bands has flooder the world scene, most of them came from Europe, though the axis seems to be located at Germany where the best acts makes the distinction, Klangstabil is today one of the more appluaded and respected representatives from that particular scene, not just in Germany but in the rest of Europe and at least a good portion of the world. The harshest, violently noisy tone, industrial morbid melody line and furious temper is what Klangstabil is known for.

This 2008 release is a pure gem with massive synths, pulsating sequencer patterns and intertwined with precise computerized drum beats, adding up to memorable tunes. Excellent tracks, mind blowing emotions .. FOR ME a great album by far means. For those who are not into this kinda music one has to engage in 'Math & Emotion' so that the deepness of this release can be developed.

Klangstabil has also launched thier 2010 release 'Vertraut' and i'll be posting that review soon.

Band: Disturbed
Single: Another Way To Die
Genre: Nu Metal / Alt.Metal
Year: 2010
Country: US

Distrubed released this single on 14th June, melodies a typical disturbed fashion. Thematically, the song's about global warming and how the choices we make affect the planet, guitarist Dan Donegan revealed. "It's a new topic for us, and hopefully it will raise a little awareness." For me I think song isn't too good and not too bad, average one .. They should definitely try something new with their sound because it's getting repetitive. Whats your say?

Band: A-Ha
Single: Butterfly Butterfly (The Last Hurrah)
Genre: Pop / Synthpop
Year:
2010
Country: Norway

So finally, 'Take On Me' Mega hit of the 80's, ... A-Ha (the guys) decided to end their amazing music career, that was started way back in the mid 80's. Great song to retire with. 10 HIT albums to their name and the last one was certified platinum in Germany.

I'll miss you A-Ha. No more new releases, so 've to stick with all your old disco-g. :(

to everyone it does... i would like to say shutup or something offensive but i know you are only kidding...:p... i just want people have high standards... people fall for mediocre stuff and i only go for something epic... that is the difference... doesn't make anyone better than anyone as everyone is equal... facts are facts and opinions are opinions...

Band: Laments Of Silence
Album: Restart Your Mind
Genre: Melodic Death Metal / Gothic Metal / Industrial Metal / Avant-garde
Year: 2010
Country: Spain

Track List:

01. Restart Your Mind
02. Sentenced
03. Paper Dolls
04. Homeless On The World Of Solus
05. Doomed
06. Scream In The Darkness
07. Solitude
08. Within My Dreams
09. Holy Faces

'LOS' started as a Gothic Metal band, but now is an Industrial Metal band from Tarragona (Spain). Formed in 1995 as a musical project of members Wordack and Daël. This release brightly combines Gothic, with Avant-garde and ample melodic parts. Moreover, the continuous succession of brutal with clean vocals is brought in a discrete way. The sound is fucking amazing. It is produced by the guy from Scar Symmetry. There are some fantastic songs with huge, clean sung vocals and hooks and melodic guitars which strike me as very original in arrangements ... like 'Restart Your Mind, Solitude & Doomed'. This is definitely a modern and complex album, yet precise and well structured.

An absolute Cracker !!!
