i m not sure but u should consider your psu or its connector or sata cable at fault, exclude these things first and install latest ver of hdtune.

and You know you can make sure your Cables are properly attached too...

try replacing your cables... Different sata and power conecters.. then try it.. and try changing the SATA ports in mobo...
