eat healthy stuff.
no junk foods.
have ur regular 8 hours sleeep.
eat alot high protein stuff..
have eggs....take milk...and eat meat and chicken...
have boiled vegetables.
u will gain weight!!!

Yar i'm amazed how many bad ideas members are giving, infact their ideas are health destroyers.

I would strongly tell u not to go for market suplements, junk food, ghee, 6 eggs a day or many many such foolish ideas.

Just drink the banana shake daily, Eat good food high in protiens, exercise a bit daily and u'll gain wait.

eat 5 times a day , not big meals ,, just normal sized meals ,, have protein in each meal

n exercise regularly with medium to heavy weights

12 kg is nothing ,, ul gain it soon ,,

i am 6'1 and i was 60 kg now im 86kg

all these guys keep sayin eat eat eat ,, eating wont do anyhting cuz of ur metabolism ,, u will need to exercise ,

eat good ,, exercise regulary n sleeeeeep is must cuz ,, ur muscles repair when u sleep


also ,, when u exercise with heavy weights ur muscles fibers get torn or damaged slightly ,, n when u rest the body repairs em with thicker n stronger fibers , hence u get bigger muscles wiht time

Listen to this guy.....He gave u an excellent suggestion.....Exercise daily and regularly to increase your muscle size......

    Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
