need monitor to play pc games and browsing reddit and other stuff

i seek to buy good monitor
have budget of 0 pkr to 30,000 pkr
i use pc for gaming 80% of use is gaming 20% is browsing
i dont want built in speakers on monitor (i use headphones)

i seek monitor that is easy on eyes , currently using some samsung led tc as monitor , which is eye killer

i dont care much about resolution and stuff , my main concern is eye strain of prolong use , i miss crt monitors :C
