Need help authenticating a watch i found

So I have had this watch for three years now ( came from Dubai ) and I never used it and I was curious if this watch is a replica or original, maybe I could sell it for some cash and buy a new game ( Mass Effect Andromeda ) lol.
So here are the pics, the box was lost in shifting last week and its been in my pocket since.
Its a Patek Philippe with 18k 750 written on the back with Patek Philippe stamps on the back case and on the chain. Hope you guys can help.

If it's a replica with mechanical movement then no more than 7000, if its a quartz then under 1000 but if its an original (I doubt it is) then over 20 lac (one of the their most expensive watch costs over 90k usd) could be less since you don't have the paper work and box.

how do i check if its quartz or mechanical ? I just checked online, it does have a smooth second hand movement, so suggests it maybe mechanical.
