Salam guys, i want to buy my mother a smart phone, range is between 20-23k. i have only S4 in my list, but need to know any good alternatives as S4 is old now.

Screen should be big for Skype purpose. And android or ios doesnt matter.

From what I've seen and heard, parents prefer windows or iOS. Problem with windows is lack of apps.. But if all they need is facebook, viber, etc, it has those.

Om getting galaxy s3 in mint condition with everything. I can buy it in 7 8k. Is it a good choice?i know its old.but its condtion is like new. It never left the owner house ever since they bought it.
