[NBA] new phone under 30k

AoA,
Looking for a phone for a relative for less than 30k preferably.

Needs to be new, have 4g, 2gb ram and a decent camera.

Phone will be used by (for lack of a better term) a tech-illiterate person so brands or phones that require extra effort to work correctly (like korean phones) are not an option.

Not quite sure on which screen size, so different recommendations for different screen sizes would be nice . Should be a bit stylish and not too bulky.

Great battery.
Expandable storage.

Great outdoor photos and 4K recording.
Good design. (Not as good as Z3)

Galaxy S5 / Galaxy Note 3
Okay-ish battery (both)

4G (both)
2GB RAM / 3GB RAM (on note 3)
Normal camera, not too bad (Both)
Plastic build (S5) / Decent build (Note 3)

HTC One M8:
Idk about battery
Expandable storage.
4G.
2GB RAM.
Crap camera.
Awesome build / design.

All are EASILY available under 30k.

Or you could settle for a 3 year old iPhone 5. Which has the following awesome features to offer:
Crap battery
No expandable storage
4G.
1GB RAM.
Good camera.
Easily scratched body.

They have the 8GB Storage + 1GB RAM version. That's going to be a bit crap compared to other phones in this range.
