As Per Title What is The Best Choice Among Both....Comparing Price To Performance ...Viewing Angle.....Reliability....Performance And Everything.....!!

One Is 20" And Other Is 21.5" Which Is Not An Issue...!! Purpose Is Daily Computing + Gaming Off course....!!

Also Advice Is There's Something More Better Than These Two As I Find These Two More Attractive And Reliable....!!

The Samsung one. It's full HD & 22" size. Whereas Viewsonic one supports 1600x900 res and is 20".
The response time of both are same. Go with the Samsung one.

Samsung 'they're built to last' is an understatement

20" would cost around 10.5k PKR
21.5 / 22" costs 15 PKR
24 costs around 20-24 PKR

If its a mid ranged solution you're looking for I'd say go for the Samsung 20". It has no HDMI though and no DIV-Cable in the box.

If it is in your budget, go for 22"+ since those models come with HDMI and since its Samsung the investment won't disappoint
