The Specifications are:

Sandybridge i7 2.2Ghz
4GB DDR3 Ram
750GB Harddisk
15.6 Inches Screen
1GB Dedicated AMD HD 7690M Card

You can find more info here HP Pavilion DV6-6C19tx Price in Pakistan, Specs, Rate, Reviews, Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi - Mega.Pk

What i want to ask is that does this laptop have heating issues? I'm kinda scared to buy it as my friends says that i7 laptops with 3D Card always have heating issues :S i'm confused, what should i do ?

Other than that, i would like to ask how's the Card 7690? is it better than GT540M ?

overheating is always an issue with gaming on laptops no matter what the specs are. gaming on laptops is expensive and really not worth it.

This laptop will probably have heating issues , But its not like you can't game on it. You will probably see processor temps to about 96C or so. And graphic card around 75 i guess.

Its not just this laptop though, any lower end gaming laptop like this one , or dell xps or Asus N series, have only 1 heatsink.

Gaming laptops like Alienware or Asus G series have 2 heat sinks. One for GPU and one for CPU.
They are very expensive though.

7690M XT is about 30% better than 540m. Maybe even more depending on the game.

all laptops get hot . but the heat generated is probably what the laptop can handle. otherwise a laptop wud be an epic fail and wud not be released in market

Great, So i should go for it :) ?
the specs are looking good. And for that heating issue. Yes they are designed for that but it doesn't mean that un ka airflow hi rok do. if it becomes too hot then just remove obstacles from its airflow way.

Just use it on flat hard surface put a 4x4 or 5x5 inch piece of wood or marble under it in the middle it'll lower ur temps a lot.

It's a great lappy. I7 with 2.2GHz is kinda less otherwise its all good. Don't worry about heating issues. My dell inspiron n5110 15r heats up a lot too.
