[NBA] graphic card for 1280*1024

aoa guyz.
iam looking to buy a graphic card. the resolution of my montior is 1280*1024 and can't go any higher.
so i want a graphic card that would support all the games in highest settings at this resolution.
iam not really tied on the budget as i can afford even a gtx560. but the point is that i won't b changing my monitor any time soon so all the extra effort would go in vain.
ur help would b appreciated

If you can then look no further and get it, its a very good card to play most games at high-settings now days....

y don't u people consider the max resolution i would be playing at and suggest something appropriate.
my brother is willing to give me 20K on my birthday but i don't want to spend all of them

Yes, HD 6790 is very good for that resolution. And a GTX 560 is a wast on that resolution.

But since ur resolution is 1280X1024 and no plans to increase monitor size i suggest u even skip HD6790 as it will also be an Overkill for ur resolution

So here are ur options
- GTX560 (Overkill for 1280X1024) = Save 2000Rs
- HD6790 (Overkill for 1280X1024) = Save 5500Rs
- HD6770 (Slightly above 1280X1024) = Save 7500Rs

If u want to play games on full maximum settings and On ur required Resolution so u should get hd 5830 or 5850 or 6790
so it will be a lot good for u...
+ u will also save money

Get HD6770 or GTS450.

GTS550ti or hd6790 will be good for 1680*1050.
