Get Your stuff from sites such as Galaxy,Iamextreme,Czone, they all are reliable.
Also,get a i3 or an i5 setup with a good gpu like 560,6950,7850 etc.

Processor: Ivy core i5 3450 from IMX for Rs. 19,000
Motherboard: ASRock H61 from IMX for Rs. 5,500
PSU: Xigmatek NRP-PC 502 from IMX for Rs. 4,900
RAM: G.Skill Value Ram 4GB x 2 from IMX for Rs. 1,950+Rs. 1,950
GPU: Look for a used Sparkle Calibre GTX 560Ti or AMD HD 6950 from PG marketplace, but try to get one which has at least 3months warranty left. Should cost about Rs. 18,000+- If you want new? then grab this one Sparkle GTx 560 or increase budget and grab this one Sparkle Calibre GTX 560Ti or increase your budget further and get Gigabyte Radeon HD 7850 from Czone for Rs. 25,500 Rehman 786 http://www.pakgamers.com/forums/f141/gigabyte-hd-7850-oc-2gb-131635/#post1799626
HDD: Get a used HDD or use your old one, news ones are very expensive and will cost more than your PSU/RAM combined :p
Casing: China Casing, should cost about Rs. 1,500+-

Oh and always invest in essentials first i.e. GPU/Processor/PSU/Mobo and add shashka's later (Casings/CPU Cooler/Fans e.t.c)

You don't need 2 GB memory and that too on a 550ti. The cards that I mentioned are way better than the 550ti you mentioned and there are a lot of Sparkle Calibre users (hasanJ Pleasant skullbox AFQ e.t.c) here who can tell you about how good of a card that is and its price is very good as well.

FYI I've used Sparkle GTX 460 and Sparkle GTX 560Ti myself, all reference editions.

Im one satisfied Sparkle Calibre user

The choice is urs but do not waste money on 550Ti 2GB Version
This card does not have the Graphics Muscle to cope with the level of details that will require 2Gb Memory

I am a user who has used around 5 cards in the past all of them Sparkle :p, 2 of them were 560Ti's reference editions in SLI, 460 Calibre the one that Pleasant mentioned and the latest were 2 560Ti Calibres in SLI. All of them were great in performance and I had no issues whatsoever.

Striker's suggestion is good but if u can get the:
i5 3550 for 20600
Gigabyte H61/ASUS H61 Mobo for 5400/5300
Thermaltake 500w PSU for 4100
and only 4x1 GB RAM for 1950 which u can upgrade later to 8 GB rest looks good though also HD 7850 is the best from the lot of GPU IMO
