Hey, I just did some tests and I observed that the battery timing of both xperia U and sola is basically the same.
For both 10% battery drained in about 2 hours when WIFI was on and I was using facebook(always in the background) and was infrequently using the browser. Dont expect too much from the battery, its not great but its definetly not bad.

Yea, as far as battery is concerned android is very far behind IOS, windows and well, symbian
However the new motrorla razr X(i think) has excellent battery timing and will hopefully bring a battery revolution to androids

not true.i just got nexus s from HSN and i upgraded it to JB and i must say its quite impressive with battery life so far.i have used it all the day,watch some videos,listened some music, read some study material etc but its still hanging onto 30%+ while its been 21+ hours since i have charged it.i dont know about others but the X6 i owned had same battery performance more or less.

Light browsing fb tapatalk and lot of msging and music k sath to mera wildfire s easily 24 hour nikal jata hy.last time i chk it for 24 hours by using fb yahoo and tapatalk and around 350 sms both in and out and upto 2 hour music my phone stil showing 18% batery.

In budget as a general rule, the smaller the screen size, larger the battery , the longer the battery life.

It does apply, galaxy Y being a premium example. During last 8 hours I just lost 2% with light usage.
