Nayatel Port Forwarding not possible anymore

So i was trying to set up a game server (MW2) and was unable to forward the port even though the option is there in the router of the ONT. It did not work. I then tried making an FTP server for testing, didnt work either. I emailed nayatel support and they called me to inform that port forwarding is not possible on HOME packages anymore. WTF! He said that its only available on their connect packages, which are corporate packages, hence expensive.

Is there any way around this? Its not a limitation of the device, but rather a limitation of the package.
Anyone have any more info on the subject?

This is really wrong IMO, they can't just remove services without informing us.

No wonder port forwarding/virtual server didn't work on my friends ONT. I was on TeamViewer with him for 2 hours to try and get an Open NAT type in Black Ops 3, but we eventually gave up.
Kind of a shit move by them.

we need to do something about this. They cant pull this kind of shit.
Agar koi aur fibre ISP hota, i would've shifted immediately.

mine is open nat but my ps4 is in dmz always has been , email their core department on [email protected] they might be able to help their phone support is kinda like peetcl these days

open ur ont settins in forward rules ull find dmz configuration, properly put the ip u want in dmz and it will work, im prety sure it will clear all ur port forwarding issues if u do it properly

That did not work, already tried it. As i said, the Nayatel guy told me that the issue is related to the connection/package, NOT the ONT/Router...There are no settings on the router that will be able to bypass the block.

email their core department pretty sure they will help u out a long time ago mujhay bhi yehi masla tha then i bypassed this with dmz and if ports are not forward har game koi na koi masla karti hai

UDP ports can be forwarded, and ive done that and my server is working. But TCP ports dont work, so if i a server needs TCP then it probably won't work

@jibrangulabbasi Btw its true you cannot open port even by using dmz on home connection. When I open ports using dmz it does show on my xbox that nat is open but when i open black ops 3 it shows moderate. Nayatel is confirming this themselves that you cannot open ports on home package so its useless to even say that i opened a port lol, and to check if a port is really open you can use a utility by portforward.com (Portchecker).

@Punkid I have tried everything the ports are not opening both udp and tcp using port mapping option. When i called them they said that you cannot open any ports, only four ports are open by default for their home users but i forgot to ask him which four.

i always have open nat in blops 3 and here is an email from nayatel recently

Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for your email. Please note that the ports 7777, 8888, 1234, 34567, 34599 are open from our end. Also you can enter the IP of your PS4 in the DMZ to access all the open ports on the network.

Yeah so i manually tried to open ports on my pc and yup it doesnt work the support guy told me there are like 5 total ports opened from thier backend lolz and straight up told me connect package pay shift ho jayen jaisay hum bc chootiya hain. If there was any fibre internet i wouldve switched immediately .This is 100 times worse than ptcl that 2016 mein an isp restricts ports and gives u 5 open ports and tells u if u want to open ports switch to our ridiculously priced corporate package
