18. If You're Not Losing Weight Always Exercise MORE

23. Keep a food log of everything you eat
24. Schedule your meals in for the day, don't eat when hungry

28. Sprints over jogging

Forget everything and start eating Dried figs. 100G to 150G at one time makes you feel like you ate a ton of food.
