I think they were not expecting them on same time as of conference they knew heroes will come sooner or later but yeah they didn't even try to fight and freaked out. Except shigaraki xD

gran tarino was moving pretty slow... they showed all of them so strong vs few heroes in the jungle but here rofl!

well expected or unexpected the twist wasn't cool.
Shigaraki should have done somthing crazy instead of all for one helping out
