Few days back i was watching an interview on T.V and one Pakistani singer told that atleast 3 Lakh is needed for proper release of a album.
Well if you're talking about an independent release, I expect lots and lots of money. But that wouldn't be a good approach, it'd be a collossal waste of money actually, and unless you're hellishly good, it'll be a difficult bargain.
A better approach would be to make a video, send it to TV as well as a record company (Fire records, probably), advertise yourself on Youtube and other Pakistani forums. And then when you're popular, make another video, do the same thing all over again until you get a response from the said record company. You're bound to get recognised that way. And when you do have a record deal, the record company would handle all your expenses, so you would be free to release an album then.
The above mentioned approach will prolly cost you somewhere around 7-8 lakh rupees I suppose, so be prepared to pay that much if you're willing to go through all that trouble.
HOWEVER, the absolute best approach is:

So i just found out that f***ing s***bag Microsoft shut down Arkane Studio (makers of the brilliant Dishonored series) and Tango Gameworks (makers of the iconic The Evil Within series), among some other studios. Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
