Microsoft certificate MCSD vs MCS from a Pakistani University

Hello,

I am trying to figure out which one of these has more worth a Microsoft certificate MCSD (Web developing/ Web application) or MCS from a Pakistiani University, If one has to choose a carrier in Web developing.

MCSD: Web Applications offers

- Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3
- Developing ASP.NET MVC Web Applications
- Developing Microsoft Azure and Web Services

And that is in depth study as if i compare this to our local syllabus

Which one is preferred by employees in Pakistan and foreign ?

    170 + countries where Steam sells but PSN doesn't will lose access unless they use VPN

    You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
