Ok I was also wondering whether should we increase the gaming time from 2 to 3 hours. Are the games listed above fine?

@Acid: I'll be booking G-zone for PG members only. So basically, you can do what ever you want i.e. play PC games, Xbox360 or PS3(I'll be bringing it).
As for the dinner, it is entirely up to you. We can either go for Pizzas since it can accommodate more people or everyone can pay for themselves i.e. go for steaks and burgers.
