I would like to help my czn in US , in spreading his business of Hookah , Glass pipe etc. Any one got suggestion about it? I mean how could i help him in U.S? What are the possible ways to advertise his business? Suggestion welcome..

YouTube Ads cost alot. They're only meant for the huge organizations.. For a simple private business guy, FB is more reasonable.

A good marketing is always viral through your clients. The service you give them should place a positive image over the business. A client can multiple your business in every way you treat him, if u can offer him good extra's. I'm sure he will promote you loud and clear.
As far for the digital advertisements, like fb, twitter, sms marketing, etc. They will just get to know you, the service is now up to you and how deal with them. It's will be a test of patience for you on this as u will be handing all sorts of clients with different sets of mindsets,attitudes and temperaments.

For me , start a page of fb if u cannot afford a website initially. Try to promote your services over the internet, and slowly once you are up an running, then u can promote your stuff ( paid ) to spread the spectrum.
