For your needs in Karachi, consider a laptop with the following specifications:

  1. Processor: Look for a laptop with a Ryzen 5 5500U or Intel 8th generation (or newer) processor for better performance.
  2. RAM: Opt for at least 8GB of RAM to handle multitasking, rendering, and running applications smoothly.
  3. Graphics: Choose a laptop with dedicated graphics, such as NVIDIA GeForce or AMD Radeon, for lite gaming and rendering tasks.
  4. Battery Life: Ensure it offers 3+ hours of battery backup for college use and other tasks.
  5. Warranty and Refund: Check for a laptop that comes with a warranty and a refund option, preferably from a reputable shop.
  6. Budget: Your budget range of 40-90k should be sufficient to find a suitable laptop with these specifications.
Remember to compare prices, read reviews, and visit local shops in Karachi to find the best deal that meets these requirements for your family member.
thanks for the info, but I already knew this.
I wanted to buy from seller here or shop sellers here or in the open market.
Since there are over 100 shops that deal with laptops alone in places like naz plaza, Regal Center, techno or uni centre and other places too.
who should i buy from and if possible from wholesaler or importer who can give me better deal, if he willingly to deal with a single unit or two.

Phil should be held responsible for this shitfest too, just like Sarah, but it's highly likely that these decisions are coming from Satya. And this isn't even the end of it. More closures are coming.

if we are moving towards more and more popular trash across platforms that make billions for companies, I'm happy with all the barriers and exclusivity because at least that brings some pressure to create good stuff.

They could've sold the studios instead of closing them, but the nazi bastards just didn't want competition down the road.

I just want to say a giant F*** Y**! to Microsoft. THEY'VE F***ED UP BIG TIME this time.

Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.

MS one upping Sony in catching the biggest L in gaming
tbh gaming industry as a whole is failing much like tech industry. They have buckled down too much to Corporate suites then relying on passionate and innovative people. A corporate only believes in financial growth and shareholders.
