i finally got the newer console

Here are the Specification

Console Model - 4 GB with 250 GB Hard Fitted
Console Region - PAL
Console Status - Modded LV2
Manufacturing Date - 2010/08/14
Purchase Price - 29,500 (With play and charge kit + 9 games free)
Purchase Date - 2010/12/27
Purchased From - (Cant tell since shop keeper asked me to keep it quite, its in Faisalabad anyway)

You've been ripped off I think.

LT+ for Slim isn't out yet. If its running pirated games, then it means your console is spoofed, meaning you won't be able to get it hacked with LT+ unless you get your original DVD ROM back...

LT+ for Slim isn't out yet. If its running pirated games, then it means your console is spoofed, meaning you won't be able to get it hacked with LT+ unless you get your original DVD ROM back...

actually you can get LT+ on the console and Play Ap2.5 games. It wont be live safe but thats it right now. it is however assumed that Microsoft will put out protection in a new dashboard against such spoofs.
It can be the older lite-on board flashed with LT+ in the new drive.

Judging from the manufacturing date, you are very, very lucky to have a 9504 drive

1: Dead sure.
2: Open the console up. If the drive warranty sticker has been tampered with, its spoofed. (Make sure its the new lite-on first(DG-16D4S). Some modders change the drive board, others change the whole drive)
3: Yes you will. At a significant cost though. All the modders spoofing these drives will want a pretty penny once LT+ for slim is finally out and Microsoft place protection against drive spoofs.

Its a good thing. Out of the slim drives, 9504 is the easiest to hack. but I am 100% sure your drive got spoofed. Unless C4E releases the LT+ f/w for checking to local Pakistani shopkeepers first

Well you could always pop in AC:B and check . But I need to know, What exactly did he solder in front of you? In any case, since u bought it @ 27-December, Its an older drive board/Drive plus LT+ for it.
You can hardly ask a dashboard to tell you whether a console has a hacked DVD-Rom, if it did know, you would be BANNED from live

Yes you can go online when its flashed with LT+, but you'll have to get a similar drive to the one you had before the spoofing for LT+ to be done on it Otherwise, it'll be no use of it.
