Lenovo P70,worth it?

Aoa, i am looking to buy a NEW smartphone for my younger bro. My range is 20-25k. Recently the lenovo p70 caught my eye. Seems to be value for money. I do have a few concerns about it. No lollipop, poor 3g and wifi connectivity. So should i go for it, or are there better options in this price range?

I just got a new phone today ... Honor 4C .. Its Octa Core processor and 2GB ram .. But lacks 4G .. But I really dont need it too .. i love the device and its just for 21k .. I would suggest u to get honor 4C .. which is a better brand the lenovo

quick drainer? P70 gives around 2 days battery life with wifi ON full time and moderate usage (12+ hours screen on time)

I read somewhere that the chipset octa pro is a quick drainer actual users can tell better

Hmm, okay enough about the battery, i googled the p 70's antutu benchmark , it was 44k, that is insane right. It should be super smooth.

Lenovo P70 has a better Proccesor than 4C. not to mention its also has 64-bit architect.

Go for it brother. I bet you could find a better phone in this range specially if its brand new. It has a MTK6572 cpu which is a 64 bit variant BTW. and is a beast of a performer. Battery is also 4000mah so it'll give you awesome backup.

Are we talking about early 2010 or what? xD. Because back then MTK wasn't as matured as it is today. MTK6752 doesn't heat up at all. In fact it even runs cooler than Snapdragon 800 Period.

And Honor 4C has a In-house packaging which can be Compared with snapdragon 400 or 410 but Bro you just cannot say that its Better than MT6752 which is even faster than snapdragon 800. maybe even 801.

About Camera quality. They are pretty much the same. Based on their reviews. IMO They both have generic cameras but that is to be expected of a mid-ranged phone.

One more thing. Huawei 4C Only supports 3G vs Lenovo P70 which is a 4G LTE supported phone.

Anyway i'm posting the benchies below. So you have a good idea of what these MTK chipset can do

Z8 Plus only has a snapdragon 410 processor which is 64 bit counterpart of snapdragon 400. So its not even close to MT6752.
