XBOX Leaked Footage of Half-Life 2 Played on Project Natal

Someone secretly leaked out a clip of Microsoft's upcoming system 'Project Natal' playing 'Half-Life 2'. This is most likely early footage of the beta testing for a FPS game on the Natal and of course, there is no confirmed source where the video came from so take it as you like (most likely will get you fired if you come out).

Wow is that really half life 2?, the video isn't all that clear but if there is a slightest truth to this leak than we can definitely expect some great things!!

How is he mimicking the walking motion? Hes standing still, yet his character is moving forward. The left hand perhaps? Either way this looks super weird. I'd rather wait for Natal-specific games.

Yeah he's using one hand for movement and the other for "panning" left and write. So how does he attack and use weapons...weird.

Awesome. it shows even FPS game can be played with natal. i m sure there must be a cool way to use weapons and grenades. no sign of even slightest lag

too much jerky motion but the fact that someone's able to play a shooter on Natal with little hassle is pretty impressive, games designed specifically FOR natal should be the next revolutionary step in gaming.

He hardly seems comfortable with it. I wouldn't call moving a camera awkwardly here and there and moving 5 ft a playable game.

If anything, this leaked video proves that Natal is a long way off....also, as Necro said, the whole thing seemed too awkward to work with a game of this genre....Natal needs games designed around it....that's the only way it'll work well

i think he's using his right hand for handling the camera...and when he moves his right hand(fingers) downwards the guy moves forward and back wards...

the system looks pretty impressive...but issues are present....as chandoo and CT said the games specifically designed for the technology will be remarkble.
the vdo should be seen as *WHAT CAN BE DONE WITH NATAL* rather than *YOU SHOULD PLAY HL2 WITH NATAL*

Pretty effin awesome. I for one was skeptical that FPS games were even possible or not on Natal. But this proves otherwise.

MS has already downplayed backward compatibility for NATAL. Games will be made with Natal at the centre instead of Natal being calibrated for games. Then the gameplay will be alot smoother.
