Laptop : Dell E6400 or Hp 6930p ??

hello Guys,
Assalamoalaikum ..

I need a quick advice, please tell me which one is better?
Dell E6400 or Hp 6930p ??

Please guide & suggest if there is any other laptop i can have.
i am going to use it for home Entertainment purpose like playing some games e.t.c

My Maximum range is ( 22000/- )

From my opinion never buy an hp ! because their driver support sucks so bad i have hp probook 4530s with Ati radeon 7400m series 2gb gfx card .. from the time i bought the laptop i cannot get a proper driver for my gfx card .. i download every new updated driver for my Gfx card , none of them works ! so technically my gfx card is usesless and i tried them on all the windows from xp to 8 ! better buy dell

albeit Dell E6400 is also a nice laptop
