Hello all,
I have a Lenovo B50 laptop with me. It has a single audio port for stereo sound and Mike. Recently when I plugged in my earphones, there is very low sound from the left side. The sound is very broken and only audible at very high volumes. Here is what I have tried so far:
- Tried different earphones, all work properly in other devices, but have same problem when used in laptop
- I have tried different settings for audio device in Windows 10 like, left and right balance, switching from stereo to mono
- Tried reinstalling the realtek audio drivers
- Wiggled and twisted the earphone Jack while plugged in to check if condition improved in the left earpiece
None of the above seemed to work. Now I am guessing it is a bad audio port. If you also think this is the case, then please suggest a good place where I can get it fixed in Karachi.
