Lan is not working

Assalamoalaikum guys.
yesterday my lan was working perfectly and i turned my computer off safely but now when i turned on my computer it shows that the network cable is unplugged. no lights on lan card too..
And jb me lan apne 2nd pc me lagata hoon to net on hojata hai without any problem.
i have two internet connectoins both are working in my bros computer but not working in mine.
what should i do now?

Go to 'network connections' and check that your LAN connection is DISABLED or not.

First check if your lan connection is disabled. otherwise;

Open command prompt and enter:

netsh int ip reset
netsh winsock reset

after those complete then use

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

yar ye drama mere sath bhi horha hai pehlai mai samjha kai sala modem kharab hai, aur 6months tak usko kusta rha lakin abhi kuch dino pehlai aik method daryaft kia hai..kahani kuch is trah hai kai jab network cable disconnect likhi ati hai to mai apnai dono pc band karta hu phir modem reset karta hu aur phir PC1 start karnai kai bad PC2 start karta hu to dono mai sai chalta hai warna nakhrai karta hai..ajeeb theory hai

Try this one:

Goto device manager and network card properties and uncheck "Allow computer to turn tis device off to save power".
(Although this does not create any problem)

Second: Unistall ur previous driver completely then download and install latest drivers for network card.

problem solved by enabling connection from network adapters...
