I would say how about we make a dinner plan at some place at boat basin, clifton by april 1st week or before. If anyone has a place can accomadate 20+ ppl, we can make a gaming meet as well.

Boat Basin will be too far for many people including me , can't we have a meetup in nearby areas like Tariq Road waghera ? Decent food places are there too ..

Delfrio is expensive, I reckon. Burgers Lab is so good. I experienced it personally. The service and everything was amazing.
I'd say, first try if someone can hold "gaming" meetup other than that, try Burgers Lab.
