wow I am speechless : Supreme Court disqualifies Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in unanimous verdict - Pakistan - DAWN.COM

and not only Nawaz Shareef but

Justice Khan said the bench had recommended that all material collected by the JIT would be sent to an accountability court within six weeks, and that cases would be opened against Captain Muhammad Safdar, Maryam, Hassan and Hussain Nawaz as well as Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. A judgement should be announced within 30 days, he said.
One judge will oversee the implementation of this order.
this is unprecedented ..What a historic day

Wasn't expecting this from our institutions. Both JIT and Supreme court have shown that justice isn't yet a lost commodity.

NS got what he deserved. But let's see if there is accountability across the board otherwise we are still pretty much in the past. Let justice be done to all who are corrupt i.e Zardaris, Tareens, Kiyanis , Musharrafs Dars, Abbasis etc. only then we can truly believe that we are in the right direction otherwise what I see is a planned out revenge of the establishment.

A good day for Pakistan but certainly not a historic one (as the celebrations seem to show). History will be created that day when politicians, judges and army personnel would be equal in the eyes of justice.

It's funny to see Musharraf praising SC decision when he himself knows he was at the mercy of NS when he himself was in deep shit.

Holy shit this is huge. I didn't have any hope with JIT, with our corrupt political system I was sure a little danger to their families would have swayed them but man did they pull through. This is a huge milestone for us, justice isn't lost yet. Imran Khan is amazing, he never let go and got Ganja. Fucking A to that man, I hope he becomes the PM in the next election. Proud to be a Pakistani this day.

Side note, people in Dublin were celebrating like crazy today lol.
