Issue with CoreTemp

Assalamulaikum all.
I've been having this issue with coretemp ever since I reinstalled windows. The issue is that it keeps showing me temps offset to TJ max even though the option is not selected in the settings panel. I want it to show me the actual temps. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You have an older version of Core Temp,try to get the latest version and see if there's any difference.I'am using 0.99.8 and its working fine:

@Aliman. Thanks for the response. I've installed coretemp 1.0 and the issue has been resolved

Hyper 212's going great. Idles at early 30s and hardly crosses 50 under full load at 3.5ghz.

an advice: Always use 2 or more software to ensure an accurate results, for example I use SpeedFan+CoreTemp to keep an eye on the temps.
Just saying, though.
