Is Youtube Unblocked?

I am able to access youtube on my tab and cell phone without any proxy. The speed is slightly sluggish but okay.
On laptop, there comes a content warning when youtube is typed in address bar but on refreshing the site can be accessed.

Has youtube been unblocked? anyone else able to access youtube?
I'm in Rawalpindi on PTCL Broadband

No, it's not unblocked. The banishment of YouTube is totally stupid. I know that some nonsense people made an anti-Islamic film, but if you're a true Muslim then you wouldn't even search for that video. It's just like, banning a whole sugar factory just because some people got diabetes. Pakistani people are still accessing YouTube by different means such as proxies, virtual private networks etc and I bet no one even searches for that film - they just search different videos such as educational, scientific, cultural, entertaining and that's all.

Pakistani government is just way too retarded to be honest.

Everyone in muslim countries such as pakistan and RSA should buy a vpn connection.
I use a vpn which gives full speed and is connected 24/7 without any delay.
A few dollars a month don't hurt if your privacy is protected.
