Is there any way to recover deleted photos from Samsung s4 internal memory???

Dont turn of the Mobile, use it as little as possible so that the pictures dont get overwritten. Connect it to a Pc and use a data recovery program ASAP. There's a high chance that you'll get them back.
Note: The recovery data can only work if you connect it as a Mass storage device, not a Media device or Camera.
