Used them multiple times, good people. Albeit delays can be an issue at times, last delay was Uncharted 4 Libertalia Edition but to make good on their part, they offered me a regular disc to play the game and keep it until my Collector's Edition arrives even though I didn't take them up for it as my CE was from Region 1 and they had Region 2 disc to offer, regardless of that fact it is worth mentioning they take steps to make good on their short comings. They started only earlier this year and have grown tenfold since then so to keep up with demand they had to setup solid lines for shipments and what not from what I know. It is said that the future shipments will be on time or early so we'll see how that goes. If you check my 1080 thread, you'll see I only ordered it end of August, it was dispatched from New York on 25th and arrived in Pakistan on 30th but the delays caused were for different reasons as their CEO wasn't in the country at that time as well.
With all that said, dealing with them is at your own risk of course but if you ask me personally then I will definitely be ordering from them again in future as their prices are great and are very reliable. There are others in the scene that are just as reliable as well, but I like to try new services and compare it myself. Thrift.pk is my go-to folks as of right now, in future that might change for either better or worse so don't quote me on that.
