Internet Suggestion - Wah Cantt (New City) or PTCL Contact?

Hi, I am in Phase 2 of New City, Wah Cantt. We recently shifted here and even though PTCL lines are available here, they do not have more connections available at the back end. . Hence, if anyone has a contact or a reference who could help me get one ASAP, that would be great.

Secondly, there is a Wireless Internet service here which I believe is reselling (MULTINET). We currently have their maxmum package which is 10mbps and not sufficient for the household.

I was wondering if i should get another 4G device; like Jazz or CharjiEVO. Although, reception inside the houses is not that good. I have heard there are 4G antennas, but have no knowledge about them. Can any of you help me in setting these up please?

Lastly, is there anyother provider here which I do not know of?
