Internet Keeps disconnecting

Been 3 weeks since i had ptcl 8mbps installed in my house the first week it worked fined the other week... disconnecting always after random times it disconnects the internet light goes off and the dsl light flickers and after 2 mins it goes back to normal. but then again it disconnects. this has been happening a lot every 5 minutes my internet disconnects even thou im not facing any low speed / ping issues. it just disconnects and then goes back to normal.

I complained to PTCL and a guy came he said he got rid of some mac bridges or some shit then he said it would work fine but it still keeps disconnecting af.
Little help would be appreciated..

You have copper wire connection? Do you also use PTCL Smart TV as well?

I dont know if i have copper wire or something else but i dont use a smart tv and the speed is always fine except these random disconnections.. this my lines stats

I had 8 MB connection with Smart TV on copper wire and I had frequent disconnections. They told me copper cannot support both of these things, you must downgrade your internet package. So, I switched my internet to fiberlink.

Regarding line stats, I am not very technical but your SNR are quite high. They should be low.
