Icon for sticky posts

The icon for sticky with new post and old post is same
Is it right or it should change?
Because when i post in sticky post and after some check from my post
that whether new post comes or not i couldn't find it
i have to open it check whether it updated or not.

Sorry, I am not getting you what you are trying to say? you can use the "New Post" link from the top navigation or just subscribe to the thread and you will get a mail once someone posted in it..

I think what he is trying to say is that for a normal thread you get to know whether you have already read a thread or not. You can tell this if the title is bold/not bold. Whereas in sticky threads they remain the same whether they are read or not.

and hot thread with no new post have different icons

it help when i go to check my post whether they r replied or not(if i dont wanna use subscription)

there i replied in hot thread which is sticky
then i couldn't figure out whether a new reply after my reply came or not.
