8gb ram ddr 3 1600 mhz / 8gb ddr 4 (single stick or two 4gb stick dual channel)
mobo ( 2 ram or 4 ram slot) brand but not heavy gaming one.
casing cooler master or other normal casing (even branded casing)
psu 500w or 400w with 80 +
optional:
hdd 500gb
ssd 256gb (crucial or samsung)
GPU - suggest in 2gb-4gb which can play the above. budget is limited so dont offer above 15k.
