i have a 4mbps PTCL connection but when i test the speed the results are 2.0 2.2 mbps.

hey guys,
i have a 4mbps ptcl connection but everytime i speed test it, the results are :
32ms ping : 2.23mbps download speed : 0.65 mbps upload
i also get alot of lag while playing fifa online. any solutions?? i am frm Abbottabad

check your line perimeters .most probably your line doesnot support 4 mb internet . If you are not a heavy user go for something like 4g /3G internet

You should actually complain to PTCLCares on Twitter. and tell them that you are not getting full speeds.

Okay so do i have anyother option for gaming because i am done with ptcl tbh.
