I bought itune gift card $ 15 .. now when i tried to redeem code it says "The code must be redeemed in US storefornt " ... I tried changing address form pakistan to USA but its still not working... I dont want to make new id is there any way I can redeem code and buy stuff from apple store ??

No. You will need to make a new ID with US selected as country. The iTunes card has it clearly written on it that it is for US only.
