how do i receive paypal (when i do not have paypal account) and uhh convert it into PKR cash , with least amount of loss (by loss i mean translation cost in converting digitial currency into hard cash)

Nope.
You cant receive without a verified paypal account and you cant convert it to PKR/Cash either.

To bypass this, You will have to make someone recieve the cash on your behalf and give it to you.
Ofcourse, hes going to take his service cut.

there are websites that do it for u .. but m not sure if they are legit bcoz i never used it like this one

when u dont have a paypal account how u expect to receive anything at all lol o,O.

    did you try setting up Google Payments? For UBL you may have to get it enabled for internet transactions, Naya should work without it!
