How to connect PS4 with home theater 5.1

AoA people,

I have a bose 5.1 home theater, its a bit old and lacks HDMI and Digital out ports. Now on the other hand PS4 doesn't support AV out port as well. Now please can anyone guide me how to connect PS4 with my home theater?

I'm no expert in this regard but i think that you can connect av cables from your tv to your receiver. That's how i used to connect my old home theatre with my TV.

you need home theater with HDMI support at all costs. ps4 only supports HDMI ports fo its best performance

The worst part is that I am trying to connect to my 23" monitor which doesn't have any audio port. It only has hdmi, dvi and vga.

thats not worst part sir, you are trying to go offroad with rickshaw where you expect range rover (ps4) performance. sell your monitor on olx and invest in used LED / LCD Tv (Bravia recommended )

    170 + countries where Steam sells but PSN doesn't will lose access unless they use VPN

    You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
