Is 9300gt a good graphic card for gaming ?


itz a 512 mb version.........128 bit....


so can this card play games like modern warfare 2, mass effect 2, gta 4 etc ?????


n what are its power supply requirements ?????????

It will probably run Modern Warfare 2 on Low with decent FPS, but it cannot simply run GTA4 and Mass Effect 2. :(

So your best bet would be to go for a used 9600GT instead.

If you get a 9800GT, then that would be great but you also need to have a good large casing, and a good PSU.

Forget gaming with it, People can hardly play games on 9400GT and you wanna game on that.. :lol:

Get a decent card like 9600gt..

9300gt is better than GTX499 :p

get a 9600gt it will games with a decent fps & also it will run on a 350W psu easily

Get 9800gt its way better than 9300gt, but make sure u don't get the crippled version as they are commonly sold in the market nowadays

also try for ATI 4770...its about the same price as 9800gt but more superior.....otherwise 9800gt or 9600gt wud easily fulfill ur neeeds....
but first, what r the specs of ur PC??

LOL, This means you iz noob cuz you cant even decide between a 9300 and 9800gt.

9800gt is the way to go and make sure you got a nice branded PSU..

Yep agree with u on this one...
If u can find ati hd4770, get it. Its better than 9800gt..
runs cooler, overclocks more, and gives better performance than 9800gt in some games

Geezuz Krist!..U guys are insane...Have u guys ever heard of a thing called "9300GT"...All this thread for nothing...In 9300 series there are only GE & GS not GT!......There is 9400gt But not 9300gt!!!......most of 9300 GPUs are mobile GPUs!

lawl m not a nob.....i knw 9800gt is way better than 9300gt.... :) ...but i was jus tryin to save ma money :D ...but whatz the use to save money if 9300gt is not gud for gaming... :) ...so i will go for 98oogt... :)

My system specs are,

Core 2 duo,
2 Gb Ram
320 Gb HD
450w power supply



So i'll try to find hd 4770... :) ...but right now i have 9800gt model availble..... :)

Budget is unlimited my friend... :) ....no tention of the budget... :) ...i just want that when ever i click to run a game, it should run lyk wohooooooooo.... :D ...

i am new to gaming world n graphics cards etc....so i dont know much about them....i have come to know that gts 250 is one of the finest cards which can run almost every game at high detail...right ?

If you have unlimited budget, go for 5770. Its cheap (16800RS) yet can run ANY game on any setting you could imagine :)

    Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
