IGN most recent Comparison of Hogwarts Legacy AFTER latest patches shows that XBawks still has the worst performance of the three platforms, with more stutters, slower loading time, and many other issues.
Watching the video may sound salty to the blind PC and Xbawks fanboys, but the reviewer at 20:40 said that the game plays on PS5 version the best of all three platform - PC, PS5 and XBawks..

The expert says, "I don't recommend playing the game in Series X as the stutters are pretty bad here", and that PS5 version in contrast is pretty good in this mode.
XBawks can't even do RT properly. The console is not a next gen game. It is a big garbage can.
The reviewer also says that XBox Series X
Performance mode is 10 to 16 percent slower than the PS5 version. As such, more pauses and stutters in the XBawks version that are not present in PS5 version.
Look at the lighting comparison. PS5 lighting as per IGN review video is far more natural as compared to the XBawks lighting which has an over processed artificial tinge.
PS5 uses an API based on Vulkan, which is definitely WAY MORE EFFICIENT than DX12, specially on CPU drawcalls. Considering how heavy is on CPU the RT mode and performance modes, it's clear why PS5 ends up with an advantage as compared to the XBawks.
Vulkan is a low level API which promotes greater CPU utilization, resulting in more draw calls and better GPU utilization, resulting in incredibly less hardware/driver overhead.
XSX games are first developed on DirectX12 for PC, and ported to Xbox, that gives the MS console a clear disadvantage, despite being faster on the hardware side. The software and work put on the version have also a lot to say.
Anyone who has preordered this garbage can should cancel now, or act like an ostrich and regret the decision for the rest of the generation.
