Hi i play dead by daylight and this game uses AWS Sea server but i get ping of 200 using nayatel. Sometimes it goes back to 120ms but most of the time it remain to 200ms. I use exitlag to fix the routing. Optimus is not available in my city . I email the issue with traces , they fixed it but it happens again the next day.

Yeah, it happens mostly with AWS servers and sometimes with Valve servers as well.
Services like ExitLag are good options but they also suffer from poor quality (lag) if you're not using a paid service.
Try getting a paid service if you can, if not, hope for the best from the ISP. There is nothing much you can do.

I have heard that it is now unplayable in countries which do not support handful of third world countries not recognized by Sony like Pakistan. Steam is a true global platform.Then they cry that console gaming is dying.
