Help with TES opening port for utorrent

hey guys i am using TES in karachi i have opened port from my modem and all and gave the port in utorrent as well dont know for so,me reason i am having a red mark on utorrent still pls help me if m doing something wrong just need to fix this dam this

Hello,

so apparently TES has implemented carrier side NAT which means opening/forwarding ports on your modem/router won't be of any use unless TES opens/forwards ports on their gateway router that you connect to. They'll usually do so if you ask them but you really don't need to if your download speeds are up to the mark.
