Help With Olevel Equivalence (Olevels given in the UK). #Plz

Hi.

I Have done my O-levels from the Uk. I am a British National so I know that I void the Urdu, Pak studies and Islamyat Requirement and I have my 5 GCSEs which is what I need for to get my equivalence for University admissions.

I have given my A-levels this year from Pakistan.(Physics P1 left on the 10/06/16).

Now coming to the real problem. I will be going to the IBCC office in a few days and I would like to only make 1 trip to the office other than the trip to collect my equivalence.
I need someone with Past experience, of going to the IBCC office to get their equivalence made(If you have been in a similar situation like me then that would be even better but please anyone helping is good.)to tell me the Certificates, pictures, documents, documents I need to get attested basically anything I need to have before hand of going to the IBCC office so I do not have to make multiple trips.

Ps..Im asking about the legit way of doing things so no "Easy Easy methods" e.g. "Sifarish". xD.

PPs..Please dont give me links to the IBCC website since I have already seen the paper work you need but since this is Pakistan we are talking about I want to be sure. Lololol.

Hmm. its been almost 10 years since i got my equivalence done
Well they dont need much documentation.
As far as i can remember, they will take your original O level certificate for equivalence
Secondly, since you gave it from UK and are UK national they might ask for a passport copy.
Required documents and form is already there on the website and it pretty much says everything thats required
Just keep extra photos and attest every single photocopy and even your photographs
